We are happy to share some very special news: the Science & Cooking World Congress (SCWC) has been officially established as a Foundation.
This change marks a key milestone in our history. By becoming a Foundation, we reaffirm our commitment to knowledge, research, and education in scientific gastronomy, consolidating a solid, transparent, and long-lasting structure that will allow us to continue growing and expanding our impact.
The SCWC Foundation was born with the mission of building networks between the academic, gastronomic, and social worlds, and working toward a more sustainable future through knowledge. This new legal framework will allow us to access greater institutional support, establish strategic partnerships, and develop educational programs with a broader long-term scope.
