Promoting a new scientific discipline
From July 22 to 26, 2024
The course is intended for undergraduate and graduate students in the fields of food, cooking, gastronomy, and related areas. It will consist of 5 double sessions per day covering theoretical and practical aspects of culinary and gastronomic sciences. We are planning theoretical sessions in the mornings and practical/laboratory sessions in the afternoons related to the morning’s theoretical session. Below is a preliminary schedule of the course. The classes will be held in the new Cirfood district facilities, which are fully equipped with classrooms and kitchens for teaching purposes.
Program
The tuition cost is funded by the Organization upon student selection. This cost includes the rental of teaching spaces, kitchen equipment, and food for the practical sessions, as well as coffee breaks for the morning and afternoon sessions. Travel, accommodation, and dinner costs are to be covered by the participants.
