This course is aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate students in the fields of food, cooking, gastronomy, and related disciplines.
It will take place over five days and will include two daily sessions, combining theoretical and practical content focused on culinary and gastronomic sciences.
Activities will be organized into two blocks:
Mornings: theoretical sessions.
Afternoons: practical and demonstrative activities in the kitchen/laboratory, directly related to the topics previously covered.
Teaching will take place at the Salsomaggiore Cooking School (Italy), which features fully equipped classrooms and kitchens for specialized training.
Course tuition will be funded by the organization, subject to participant selection. This support includes the use of facilities, materials, food for practical sessions, and coffee breaks during both morning and afternoon sessions.
Travel, accommodation, and dinner expenses must be covered by each participant.
